To protect your privacy and security, we are required to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. This may include confirming your email address, providing your account credentials, or answering security questions. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
