Your Rights Under CCPA

Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers to delete your personal information.

You may submit a CCPA request through any of the following methods:

• Toll-Free Number: Call us at (888) 555-0199 to submit a request verbally

Please include your full name, email address, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we are required to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. This may include confirming your email address, providing your account credentials, or answering security questions. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
